REFUND POLICY
1. Customer Cancellations & Reschedules
You may cancel or reschedule your booking (subject to availability) 72 hours before your session (or 120 hours before your session for groups of 10 or more people). In the rare event that you contact US to cancel or reschedule your booking before these times but do not receive a response, WE will honour this agreement based on the time you made contact.
Should something unexpected come up and you need to cancel or reschedule within 72 hours (or within 120 hours for groups of 10 or more people), there is a fee of €25.00 per seat.

2. Cancellation by Us
We will make every effort to deliver our services to you, as promised.
On occasion however, we may need to cancel a session where insufficient bookings are made. We will do our utmost to provide sufficient notice to you about any session cancellation. In the interest of avoiding a session cancellation, we may elect to cancel the session at a time which you may consider you received insufficient notice due to your circumstances. We apologise to you in advance for any inconvenience caused.
Where we elect to cancel a session, we will provide you with a credit to the value of your purchase or we will refund your monies to you. You can use your credit voucher to book into any upcoming session within 12 months from the date received. Due to limited seating, if you submit your request within 4 hours of a session start time we may not be able to accommodate you. If you reschedule and are a ‘No Show’, you will not be rescheduled again and no refund will be given.
3. Method of Payment is Irrelevant
The terms and conditions of this Refund Policy apply whether you paid in cash, by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Stripe or with an e-Gift voucher.
